Let us help you  with our Meal Plans.  We will discuss with you your goals and get you started with the right meal plan to suit your needs.  Your session can be in-person or virtual.Your Meal Plan Strategy Session Includes:

  • One 45 minute appointment to assess your needs and get you started.
  • One month's worth of recipes and a grocery list ($20 value).
  • One follow-up session to answer questions.

 After learning your needs you will be signed up for the meal plan that works best for you: 28 Day Refresh, Anti-Inflammatory, Low FODMAP, Plant Based, Flex Plan, or Sun Basket.

We will have a follow up session with you to answer any questions.

 After getting started, plans start at $9/month for the static plans and $19/month for the customizable  meal plans. Super affordable! Cancel at any time.
