Our protein foods are high biological value proteins and employ five different proteins: whey isolates, soy isolates, whole milk protein, hydrolyzed gelatin, and albumin. They are delicious, practical, satisfying and are available in an array of textures and flavors to appeal to many different palates and preferences. Each food contains up to 20 grams of protein with very little to no fat or sugar. These are easy to prepare and can be incorporated into a busy lifestyle very nicely.
Our foods are designed so people with sensitivities to dairy, soy, or vegetarians may participate in the program.
Please note, you do not have to purchase our protein foods, though most clients do during weight loss. You are welcome to purchase our protein foods whether or not you are signed up for a plan as they make great snacks, or can be used to round out meals.
