Reset your metabolism. Reclaim your health.
I help build a plan that resets your metabolism and supports long-term success.
Are you stuck in the cycle of dieting, fatigue, and digestive issues? Are you tired of doing everything “right” and still not seeing results? I'm Heidi Maher, your dedicated Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist, here to help you reset your metabolism and lose weight naturally—without prescriptions or restrictive plans. My personalized approach helps clients feel energized, confident, and fully in control of their health again. With over a decade of experience, I've been guiding clients like you towards achieving and maintaining their weight loss goals since 2011.
What got me interested in this area was that growing up in my household my older sibling struggled with weight and I wanted to find a way to help. That purpose helped me to earn my Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics with a Minor in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University (Formerly Simmons College) in Boston.
You will be guided with a personalized approach to metabolic health and wellness, which is why I offer tailored metabolic programs, along with advanced services, including functional labs and genetic testing, to customize your nutrition. By honing in on the root causes of your symptoms, we can develop personalized wellness programs aimed at restoring balance to your body's systems. Whether you’re looking to avoid medications, come off GLP-1s, or end the cycle of dieting, I’ll help you build a plan that resets your metabolism and supports long-term success.
