I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics with a Minor in Psychology, and Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University (Formerly Simmons College). For over a decade I have been working in the health and wellness field, including helping people with their diet and lifestyle in order to achieve their wellness goals.
Since January 2011, I have been working at the center helping clients to achieve and maintain their weight loss goals. I am ready and willing to provide you with the guidance, knowledge, support, and accountability that will help you achieve your weight loss and healthy eating goals. I am passionate about partnering with you during your wellness transformation. I can teach you tips and tricks for navigating the grocery story, simple ways to prepare healthy meals, and find the perfect tools you need to define your goals and reach them.
